The below video describes how your annuity plan is designed to provide you with income when you retire, and if you take loans from the plan, how that may impact you.
Defined Contribution Annuity Plan
The Iron Workers District Council Annuity Trust is designed to supplement your other retirement benefits. When you become a participant in the Annuity Plan, an individual account is established in your name. Employer contributions are made on your behalf to your individual account. You choose how to invest the employer contributions made to the Annuity Plan by contacting Prudential at 877-778-2100, or by signing in to their website. Effective April 1, 2022, Empower officially acquired the full-service retirement business of Prudential. When you call or login to navigate their website, you will notice references to Prudential and Empower.
Please take time to review the Annuity Summary Plan Description. If you are married, share the information with your spouse. If you have questions about your benefits please contact the Annuity Trust Office at 937-454-1744.
