On December 31st, 2019 the recordkeeper will change from MassMutual to Milliman. New applications to withdraw your annuity account balance (in full or in part), and new loan applications can still be submitted to the Fund Office but will not be processed until the transition is complete. The transition is scheduled to be complete by January 22, 2020.

Defined Contribution Annuity Plan

The Iron Workers District Council Annuity Trust is designed to supplement your other retirement benefits. When you become a participant in the Annuity Plan, an individual account is established in your name. Employer contributions are made on your behalf to your individual account. You choose how to invest the employer contributions made to the Annuity Plan by contacting Milliman at 1‑866-767-1212, or by signing in to their website.

Annuity Loan Application Packet – if you are purchasing a vehicle, land, or a home; need a home improvement or home retention loan, student loan(s), disability loan, or funeral expenses loan.

Annuity QDRO Information

If you need a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), please submit your request, or have your attorney submit a request for information to the Annuity Trust Office for processing.

All Annuity QDROs received in the Fund Office for processing on or after 05/01/2017 will be charged a $600 processing fee that will be deducted from the participant’s Annuity Account balance.
