If you need a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), please submit your request, or have your attorney submit a request for information to the Annuity Trust Office for processing.

All Annuity QDROs received in the Fund Office for processing on or after 05/01/2017 will be charged a $600 processing fee that will be deducted from the participant’s Annuity Account balance.
