The Benefit Trust provides Health & Wellness benefits to active and retired members and their families. Learn more about what is included in your total benefit package, and how to access them.

The Iron Workers District Council Pension Plan is designed to provide some of your retirement. Your pension benefit can be a significant part of your retirement income. The amount of your pension benefit is generally based on the number of years you work for an Employer that contributes to the Plan on your behalf. Generally, the longer you work for a Contributing Employer, the greater your pension.

The Iron Workers District Council Annuity Trust is designed to supplement your other retirement benefits. When you become a participant in the Annuity Plan, an individual account is established in your name. Employer contributions are made on your behalf to your individual account. You choose how to invest the employer contributions made to the Annuity Plan.
